This may seem like a stupid question but are we allowed to repost pics in a seperate post in here if our collections have grown since the last one?

If you've done some major upgrades or changes feel free... actually if you haven't feel free as well, it just won't mean as much

Well here is my little dvd collection. I am a casual collector so I buy about 2-3 dvds whenever I go to sams club, bestbuy, or target.

Ok, I'll play. All my DVDs are in a closet, don't have enough wall space (Damn windows everywhere) to display them properly.
From Left to right:

Domestic side.

Oversized cases and overall extra shininess section.

TV and Foreign side.

They are, but no matter how you adjust them, there is still wasted space. There is a shelf in the middle which is not adjustable, so you have to work around it. As you can (well, could) see, the top shelf is too small to accomodate DVDs. It was either this, or have each shelf taller.

Are those shelves from Ikea? I was looking at some just like them a couple of years ago.

Yes they are but have been discontinued. Only place to buy them is Ebay. I just ordered another because I plan on expanding my collection.

And what are your posters of? Your pictures are very nice. However, I love checking out people's posters, and you are just teasing with those.

Got my shelves off ebay since they are discontinued on Ikea. search Kaxas if interested.

My posters are of queen. The black and white one is from the bohemiam rhapsody cover and the other is of freddie mercury at wembley stadium.

Excellent choice of posters.

And hmm, I really like your shelves too. Maybe I will look around and try to find some for my computer room. Thanks for sharing your goodies.

I didn't post the image, but I have the exact same poster. This was the teaser poster for Matrix Reloaded and got mine off a seller on ebay.

Has anyone tried to actually "decrease" the amount of DVD's that they have? Well anyways, here's my meager collection. Keep in mind that I originally had at least 4 times this many DVD's at one point. Nowadays I try to let my shelf space dictate the amount of DVD's that I buy. Thanks to Netflix I'm able to keep the amount of DVD's that I actually purchase rather low. Oh, and my "home theater" is actually a 12-inch Powerbook. One day I do hope to have collections as impressive as you guys though.
